Ports the property-grid model layer from PhoenixEditor/feature/property-grid into the monorepo as a new static library. Types live in namespace Phoenix::PropertyGrid to avoid collision with Phoenix::PropertyDescriptor in the reflection system. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
