multiple enhancements

I used vagrant-scaleio to learn about multi-node Vagrant deployments and more. :)
While doing so I added some features and improvements:

• added gateway with installation manager
• added Light Installation Agent to nodes
• typo fixed in installation files
• heterogeneous box types: "chef/centos-6.6" and "chef/centos-7.0"
• added update script
• cleaned Vagrantfile
• combined ScaleIO installation files
• independent from minor version changes

Good changes in here. I'd like to see them merged! With the latest CoprHD, the Gateway needs to be running in order to add a ScaleIO Storage Provider/System, so installing the GW is required if you want to use CoprHD+ScaleIO. I'd probably run the GW on MDM1 and not install another VM, but that's just me. :)
