This PR does 2 things:
thebe-lite#771.thebe-litenow sets defaultlitePluginSettingsin alignment with the bundledpyodide-kernelversion. This simplifies usage and upgrades for clients who no longer need to keep this setting in sync with the package. An improvement pending dynamic loading.
