This project showcases an interactive Tableau Sales Dashboard designed to analyze yearly and weekly sales performance across subcategories and over time. It features dynamic filters, YoY KPI trends, and drill-down interactivity to explore detailed insights by category and time period.
- Dynamic KPI Cards: Total Sales, Profit, and Quantity with year-over-year (YoY) percentage change and trend indicators.
- Interactive Line Charts: Compare current year vs previous year trends for Sales, Profit, and Quantity over time.
- Subcategory Performance: Bar charts with YoY comparison and profit/loss alerts.
- Weekly Sales Analysis: Highlight average sales and profits vs actuals with line charts.
- Filter Pane: Toggleable filter section with parameters (Year, Region, Segment) to customize the view.
- Dashboard Actions: Click-based interactivity to filter charts based on subcategory selections etc.
- Dynamic Titles: Titles adjust based on selected filter values using parameters.
