- Rename the used image descritors to use ubi9 accordingly

Arond this repo rhel8 labeling is used, however, IDK if this goes hand in hand with other CI / Infa adjustments to pick potential rhel9 nodes, etc. So I leave this potential relabeing, if needed, to @saumya1singh |
