What this pull request does
This pull request introduces a minimal documentation on howto use the SensorLib via Jitpack. It further removes all
copyApkgradle tasks and drops the Precompiled folder.What this pull request contains

Currently, not all sensor submodules are included in the
settings.gradlefile, so some of the sensor libraries will not be accessible through Jitpack. I do not know if any downstream projects depend on the precompiled artifacts within this repository, if so, they will break if this pull request gets merged.
