Adds multiple one-wire measurements (rebased onto #10078).
This needs meshtastic/protobufs#877,
which has a new field that acts as a wildcard. The idea is that 8 float channels can be used in either ADCs or one-wire sensors. To distinguish between them, we use the sensor type.. We don't use wildcards because the repeated are converted into lists, and it's not possible to send nulls there for sensor values.
