Currently, HLSL of the form "return ResourceDescriptorHeap[0];" will break compilation, if this is the first reference to ResourceDescriptorHeap encountered by the SpirvEmitter. Please see the enclosed testcase, at https://godbolt.org/z/3aWcq5roa
