Description
add LogCompileModel to mark the session usage as Compile because that session will not be used for inference
We could also use it to log compile model parameters if needed
Motivation and Context
We are building a profiling tool for WinML and we want to differentiate Compile session and inference session.
I think there are two ways to do it but I don't know which is better
