Argh... The formatting workflow apparently doesn't find/use the PR ref... So this doesn't work for forks https://github.com/microsoft/wil/actions/runs/21006048356/job/60388553388. Going to try and figure out a possible solution and add it to this PR |

Trying something different this time... since manually running CI proved to be tricky, I'm going to try and see if the formatting workflow can force trigger the CI to run
