Add Linear integration docs for the agent

Summary

Adds documentation for the new Linear integration, which lets users delegate Linear issues to the Mintlify agent for automatic documentation updates.

• New page agent/linear.mdx covering how the integration works, setup steps, usage (delegating issues, follow-ups, stopping), and disconnecting.
• Added Linear to the Agent navigation group in docs.json.
• Added a "Connect Linear" card to the agent overview page.

Triggering change

The agent now supports a Linear integration that processes delegated issues: it reads issue context, reviews documentation, and opens PRs with proposed changes. Users can send follow-up messages and the agent reuses its session for continuity.
