1.在ConfigInfoMapperByOracle.updateConfigInfoAtomicCas函数中重新定义了字段GMT_MODIFIED字段的值(直接在SQL语句中定义)，原有代码此值不正确
2.在ConfigInfoMapperByOracle.updateConfigInfoAtomicCas函数中存在bug，在此函数中参数值与下面的sql语句中的表字段名的顺序不对应，导致用户在web页面对一个配置进行修改时生产失败
