- add TextCaseConvert node/runner with casing modes and tests - register the new node in the bus and module tree - move base64 and replace nodes into the Text Processing category
- introduce TimeNow node with timezone-aware formatting and timestamp output, registering it and adding chrono/chrono-tz dependencies - allow HTTP headers split by ':' or '=' and send POST bodies as JSON, with tests for header parsing - support array indexing in variable resolution with better errors and coverage; refresh time-wait node icon
