When using --haddock, haddocks are served directly under /haddock, so we have to strip the path when generating links.

Now I see that this only works if the haddocks' path is left untouched. I'm drafting this until I have a better understanding of the hoogle database format. Maybe I actually need another option for stripping a prefix, or a |
