(edit: if any core team member ends up looking and thinking about archiving this workflow, I am still here. The dev branch did merge 3.2.1 but im working on resolving some test errors and working towards getting the callingcardstools modules up to date with nf-test)

Version 3.3.2 of the nf-core/tools pipeline template has just been released. This pull-request is now outdated and has been closed in favour of #44

Please use #44 to merge in the new changes from the nf-core template as soon as possible.
