Description:
Adds centrifuger/build database building support to createtaxdb, mirroring the existing centrifuge/build integration.

Changes include: workflow integration in createtaxdb.nf, config entries, nextflow schema parameter (build_centrifuger), output documentation, README update, and test updates.
