- Assign yourself to the issue or create one
- Branch from master
- Make your changes
- Merge master into your branch (if master has new additions)
- Make a pull request
- Wait for somone to do a code review then merge
- Close the issue
- Filling Timesheet making sure everyone has their timesheet filled in correctly
- Aggregate everyones weekly hours
- Fill out in excel general tasks, requirements and per person tabs
- Make sure smallest time alloted in booked hours is 15 minutes
- Weekly submission: booked hours zip, any minutes and timesheet and update the week of timesheet
- Keep on top of everything e.g. make sure everyone is attending all meetings and everyone is doing their work
