Description
This PR introduces the CodeTranslation sample solution, a new GenAI application that enables automated translation of code between different programming languages using LLM capabilities. The application provides a full-stack solution with PDF code extraction support, making it easy to translate legacy codebases or convert code snippets across multiple languages.
