  I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
  This PR addresses the issue with the failing GitHub Actions due to bad credentials. The problem was identified to be with the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action in our GitHub Actions workflow.

The changes in this PR ensure that the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action has the correct credentials for execution. This was achieved by updating the GitHub Actions workflow configuration file and ensuring that the correct secrets or environment variables are being used for authentication.

Summary of Changes

• Updated the .github/workflows/workflow.yml file to ensure correct authentication credentials for the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action.
• Added/updated necessary secrets or environment variables in the repository settings or in the workflow file as required.
• Tested the updated workflow by triggering a new GitHub Actions run to ensure successful execution of the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action.
