  I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
  This PR addresses the issue of GitHub Actions failing due to bad credentials. The problem was identified to be with the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action not being provided with the correct credentials.

The solution involved modifying the GitHub Actions workflow file to ensure that the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action is provided with the correct credentials. This was achieved by setting up a GitHub secret to securely store the necessary credentials and referencing this secret in the workflow file.

Summary of Changes

• A GitHub secret named GH_TOKEN was set up to store the necessary credentials.
• The GitHub Actions workflow file was modified to provide the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action with the GH_TOKEN secret as an input.

These changes should resolve the issue and allow the GitHub Actions to run successfully.
