  I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
  This PR addresses the issue of the GitHub Actions workflow failing due to bad credentials. The workflow in question is the one that locks threads, as specified in the .github/workflows/lock-threads.yml file. The error message indicated that the action dessant/lock-threads@v4 was failing due to bad credentials.

The issue was that the GitHub token used by the action was either missing or incorrect. GitHub Actions uses a token to authenticate and perform operations, and this token is usually stored as a secret in the repository settings.

To fix this, a step was added to the workflow that sets up the GitHub token before the lock-threads action is run. This step uses the actions/checkout@v2 action, which is a common action used to authenticate with GitHub. The token is fetched from the repository secrets.
