docs: add FAQ section for common questions

• Added comprehensive FAQ section to README covering:
  • What is orra and how it differs from agent frameworks/MCP
  • Language and framework support
  • Local deployment and self-hosted model options
  • Failure recovery mechanisms
  • Production deployment options
  • Plan engine workflow explanation
  • Support resources

Rationale

The README has extensive technical documentation but no FAQ section. New users often have questions about how orra compares to other tools, deployment options, and model compatibility. This FAQ addresses the most common questions based on the existing documentation.

Checklist

• Content is accurate and based on existing documentation
• FAQ is placed logically before the Coming Soon section
• No duplicate information with existing sections
