This updates the code to use the latest parallel library in the OxCaml opam-repository. I found this build issue when building my port of the tutorial to Dune package mangement and thought it would be useful to fix here too. Signed-off-by: Sudha Parimala <[email protected]>

parallellibrary is at parallel.v0.18~preview.130.76+222.
