Aqui está uma proposta para o design do Termo do Live CoDe.
Através do arquivo CSS, foram feitas modificações no layout, como a adição da fonte "Montserrat" e de um pack de ícones, estilização do formulário e outros elementos, e alguns ajustes nos espaçamentos, sendo adaptável a diferentes tamanhos de tela.
