DEV: Enable PyPy testing again

The verbosity issues have been fixed upstream.

PyPy 7.3.22 introduced a regression with Pillow (python-pillow/Pillow#9596), thus our tests fail at the moment. I am currently unsure if and where we should provide a fix here from our side or wait until the fix is officially available with the next Pillow release on 2026-07-01.
