Hey,
I am going through the docs and made some changes in the intro ordering to make onboarding much more effective for the participans and setting clearer expectations from the start. I hope it's alright 🙏 Changes I made:
- Removed duplicate P95/P99 explanation from submodule 1 (already covered in detail earlier)
- Merged "What you'll learn" and "What you'll demonstrate" into one comprehensive section
- Removed duplicate "Workshop structure and timing" section
- Removed duplicate "What success looks like" section
- Prerequisites → Business Context → Technical Concepts → Learning Outcomes → Workshop Modules → Success Criteria → FAQ → Ready to Begin
- Each section now flows logically to the next
- The "Ready to begin?" section now references what they've just learned (prerequisites, scenario, goals)
The new structure follows a clear progression: Who should attend → What problem you'll solve → Why it matters → What you'll learn → How you'll learn it → What success looks like → Common questions → Let's go!
