Upgrade to DuckDB v1.5.1

Fixed two test expectations to match DuckDB changes: duckdb/duckdb#19109

Note: duckdb-go changed their versioning scheme https://github.com/duckdb/duckdb-go/releases/tag/v2.10500.0
Previous upgrade: #8707

Thanks for your PR.
Since DuckDB's 1.5.1 release is also scheduled for this coming Monday, we would like to wait and upgrade directly to 1.5.1 to save on internal QA effort.
