eg if you have workspaces: { 1, 2:a, 2:b, 3 } and are on workspace 1,
then 'workspace next' should traverse 1 -> 2:a -> 2:b -> 3 -> 1 instead
of 1 -> 2:a -> 3 -> 1.
…) will now iterate through other workspaces with the same number (e.g. 1a, 1b, 1c).

This pull request adds two improvements to workspace switching (between workspaces of the same number, e.g. 1a, 1b, etc.).
with identically numbered workspaces, for example 2a, 2b, 2c, repeatedly calling
workspace 2(e.g. with a bindsym etc.) will iterate through (from left-to-right) workspaces 2a -> 2b -> 2c;the last activated workspace of identically numbered workspaces (e.g. 2a, 2b, 2c) will be remembered and prioritised when switching from another workspace number.
