You can remove log/development.log - these are things that should be ignored by a .gitignore that was left out of the initial commits.

Probably wouldn't hurt to merge master into your branch and make sure there are no conflicts from changes made directly into master. (checkout your branch then do git merge master).

edit: sorry, just realized the tmp file was removed in this req
