Since Citadel 0.1.5, this is used: https://github.com/citadel-core/apps.
For Citadel 0.3.0, this is the new repo: https://gitlab.com/nirvati/citadel/lts/apps.

I recommend submitting your app to https://github.com/citadel-core/apps, specifically the v5 subdir (v4 is for LND as a system component (0.1.7 and older), v5 is for 0.1.8 and later with LND as an app), the other one will be synced later
