Why
How
Go ModulesというGo 1.11から導入されたGolang標準のパッケージマネージャを使う．
go modコマンドで使うことができ，go.mod,go.sumが存在すれば，go build時に依存関係の開発を行ってくれる.これにより，depなどのサードパーティ製ソフトウェアは必要なく，GOPATH以下でなくともコンパイルできるようになる．
