tbd, some stuff still needs figuring out and plugging in
didn't use residual_base_bleed_t as it was double dipping Unnatural Causes
- fix bad attack speed calc I put in before - confirmed a couple of passives are working
- fix boomstick tip buffing & sentinel
- mongoose fury moved to an affected_by as it's buffing a few different spells now
- remove unnecessary mongoose fury tick checks
- mostly cloned from coordinated assault
- minor twin fangs fix
- confirm a few passives - plug in lunar calling
