HIGH — Arbitrary Code Injection (CVE-2026-4800)
Upgraded lodash from 4.17.23 to 4.18.1
Reason: snyk-poetry-lockfile-parser is already at latest and still allows lodash@^4.x (vulnerable). Versioned key @4 targets only 4.x consumers and floors resolution at 4.18.1 (the fixed version).
