In order to support running scip-dotnet against
.slnxfiles in addition to.slnfiles, I've updateMicrosoft.CodeAnalysis.CSharp.Workspacesand related packages. These drop support for older frameworks, and given they are out of support I've dropped them here too.Fixes #93
