Reusing template from mergeable changes, created a status page for patches queued up in forwarder. The status is updated on every process_queue period and writes out the patch details in the same manner that GH workflows do: (change_number/patch_set)commit_subject Note: MERGABLE_CHANGES_OUTPUT_DIR is reused intentionally to keep both artifacts at the same path.
