This PR adds a Symfony Flex recipe for the BitBag Elasticsearch Plugin version 5.0, which provides Elasticsearch integration for Sylius e-commerce platform.

Changes:

• Added manifest.json with bundle configuration for FOSElasticaBundle and BitBagSyliusElasticsearchPlugin
• Added default configuration file importing plugin's configuration
• Added routes configuration file
• Added comprehensive post-install instructions covering entity setup, webpack configuration, asset management, and Elasticsearch population

How to test these changes in your application

1. Define the SYMFONY_ENDPOINT environment variable:

   # On Unix-like (BSD, Linux and macOS)
   export SYMFONY_ENDPOINT=https://raw.githubusercontent.com/symfony/recipes-contrib/flex/pull-1877/index.json
   # On Windows
   SET SYMFONY_ENDPOINT=https://raw.githubusercontent.com/symfony/recipes-contrib/flex/pull-1877/index.json

2. Install the package(s) related to this recipe:

   composer req symfony/flex
   composer req 'bitbag/elasticsearch-plugin:^5.0'

3. Don't forget to unset the SYMFONY_ENDPOINT environment variable when done:

   # On Unix-like (BSD, Linux and macOS)
   unset SYMFONY_ENDPOINT
   # On Windows
   SET SYMFONY_ENDPOINT=

Diff between recipe versions
