To detect helmets in real-time
Its a simple YOLO model to detect and count the number of people wearing helmet in a image. this model can be used to detect the intrusion or to find the people ridding bike without helmet.
You would need:

yolov3-obj_2400.weights which you need to download from https://drive.google.com/open?id=1kUkNlw4ejTgwcfOWYqCGEe3kFoIPG0jG and copy to the root of the project
