Note for the release

On Linux

Pre-built binaries are not available. Please review installation in https://github.com/tfslabs/vlmcsd?tab=readme-ov-file#build-and-developing

On Windows

For any release that has postfix of vs_Release, these binaries require to install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (Good for complex system).

However, for the glibc_Release, you don't need to install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (good for minimal server installation).
