I added the necessary routing to provide access through URL. Besides, I propose here, to monitor how long Webpack is taking to compile in development. I added a package called,
speed-measure-webpack-plugin, you can check it out here:https://www.npmjs.com/package/speed-measure-webpack-plugin
Also, I excluded Node Modules from both of the rules. This is also only a proposal, however, I achieved to reduce the compiling time on my machine from 7 minutes to only 1 - 2 minutes.
