I guess setting this sysctl doesn't work under podman like it did under docker:

Error: /Stage[main]/Redis::Administration/Sysctl[vm.overcommit_memory]: Could not evaluate: Execution of '/usr/sbin/sysctl -w vm.overcommit_memory=1' returned 1: sysctl: permission denied on key "vm.overcommit_memory"
