I added zh_cn translation for accessories. Also I noticed #246 and checked that translation to combine and update it, so you can safely consider my PR is based on it.
I also cross-reference checkde zh_tw translation as it's similiar to zh_cn in most parts.
I have read INFO_ABOUT_TRANSLATIONS and understood it, though it maybe hard to find two other people to give a github review.
Mainly because many players don't use github or familiar with it, especially in Chinese environment many people don't have a stable network connection to github.
But I can make sure #246 is a good translation (it is mostly a conversion from zh_tw, in Chinese this is very easy), and my version is used by many players for some time.
