That’s incorrect: Expert PvP works on Open-PvP worlds. Optional-PvP worlds have different mechanics, as do Hardcore-PvP worlds.

This feature introduces PvP Expert Frames, similar to Tibia RL. However, it is still a work in progress, and you can help us complete it.
This PR includes the full implementation of PvP Expert. Please help us test it and leave your feedback in the comments.
