Thank you for updating your PR with your initial draft notebook. Before proceeding with onboarding:

  1. Please provide a draft narrative for the last two questions in the notebook template. We understand you won't be able to provide working code examples based on the data, as they are not yet uploaded. However, we do want to see what you have planned for this section.
image
  1. Please address the data format question in narrative form, including advice on how you recommend working with the data formats (e.g. tools and libraries).
image
  1. For the download & load question, as well as the visualization question, our expectation is that your notebook demonstrates interacting with the data within the notebook itself. We don't expect working code at this point, but we do require a narrative of what you intend to demonstrate (such that we can help you with that demonstration, if you require assistance with the coding).

Once these are addressed, please feel free to tag me. If you need assistance, please reach out via email.

Hi Peter @pschmied ,

We’ve completed the requested updates — the narratives for the data format and download/load/visualization sections have been added to the notebook. The draft now includes descriptions of the data formats used (modBED, BigWig, and genome alignment tracks), recommended tools for working with them, and a narrative outlining our planned in-notebook demonstrations for accessing and visualizing sample data.

Please let us know if there’s anything else you’d like to see or if additional details would be helpful before onboarding.

Thank you so much!

Best,
Wenjin
