- New members introduced themselves and have been introduced to the team and project.
- There have been rearrangements on team split. New teams will be:
- Mobile: Ömer, Gökberk, Burcu, Batuhan
- Frontend: Yağız, Tarık, Hande
- Backend: Burak, Asaf, Sezer, Enver
- Discussed the possible pros and cons of switching domain and decided to remain on same domain.
- Planned the individual Lab Report pages.
- Discussed the communication plan and decided to meet weekly on Thursday evenings. Exact hours will be determined by polls each week before the meeting. WhatsApp will remain as the instant text communication channel. The lab hours will also be leveraged to sync and plan mid-week.
- Branch policy is decided to be like this: main branch for production & releases. dev branch will be actively used for developing and testing. The contributions will be on feature branches like feat/description fix/bug-name.
- Created the Project on Github and set up milestones. Discussed the potential pitfalls for first milestone. We will beware to not reuse the badly written code pieces from the archived part of our repository. Also we will watch out to not diverge from our domain, ethical job board.
- Planned the term roughly. On the first month until the first milestone; we will revise our requirements, UI design, diagrams and codebase to polish what we had done on last semester that could have been better.
- Discussed how will we manage our personal report pages for this lab.
