• Requirements Update: Decided to update requirements based on enhancement discussions. Requirements will be organized in a shared Word document.

• Accessibility Enhancements: The following accessibility features will be implemented:

  • Provide text alternatives for non-text content
  • Ensure sufficient color contrast and scalable text
  • Support full keyboard navigation
  • Follow consistent and predictable navigation patterns

• Activity Streams: Backend implementation for activity streams will be developed. User activity history will be recorded in the backend. The team needs to determine which functions will trigger record creation.

• WOT (Web of Trust): Clarified that the project has no relation to WOT.

• Localization Features: Multi-language and regional support will be implemented:

  • Turkish and English language options with language switching capability
  • Support for different currencies
  • Date format adjustments based on locale

• Inclusive Design: Features for accessibility and inclusion:

  • Job posts targeted for people with disabilities
  • Option to specify disability information during application process

• Valuing Contribution: Badge system will be implemented:

  • Specific badges will be defined and awarded to users
  • Companies and mentors can receive badges like "Top Rated"

• Community Health Mechanisms:

  • Report button functionality for users to report each other
  • Admins can review reports and take appropriate actions
  • Login restrictions for banned users
  • Discussion needed: Should banned users be visible in the forum?
  • Hourly post limit to discourage monopolization of discussions or resources
  • Tracking of user nationality diversity

• Visibility of Community Impact:

  • Statistics on users who found jobs through the platform
  • Display of available job opportunities

• Design Patterns: Will be implemented in the mobile application.

• Privacy and Security Principles:

  • Users can request or delete their data
  • Anonymous option for workplace reviews
  • Consent forms for job applications
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) will be added
  • Focus on transparency, accountability, fairness, non-discrimination, security, and protection
